A big box and some packages of parts showed up today for the project SAAB. Actually kind of cool to be able to amass parts before doing work instead of having to immediately install things to keep a car on the road.

I’m not going to be doing any work on the car before the winter, so just going to gather parts. Already got the parts for the front end rebuild. Got a lead on a windshield, still have to find a radiator and somebody who can straighten the front bodywork out a little bit.

I find myself buying parts more successfully than getting them installed.

I’m usually in the situation that I either have the time to work on it, or the money to get the things I need but I don’t have both at the same time.
